Managing water. Sustaining infrastructure.
As potable water becomes increasingly valuable, BASF is creating materials to help manage its preservation—whether it's preventing pipe leaks, or waterproofing manholes to keep moisture from causing corrosion and structural degradation.
Some of our present solutions range from OEM pipe coatings and in-service pipe rehabilitation, to thermoplastic polyurethanes for cure-in-place piping. In addition to being compliant with NSF/ANSI Standard 61 for potable water contact, these materials also help resist chemical attack, abrasion and leaks.
